Hullo Atuldom
“Ek Shrimaan Ek Shrimati” (1969) was produced by Surinder Kapoor and directed by Bhappie Sonie with songs written by Rajinder Krishan and composed by Kalyanji Anandji. It had a cast of Babita, Shashi Kapoor, Om Prakash, Rajendranath, Prem Chopra, Kamini Kaushal, Helen Hari Shivdasani etc.
The story was a straight forward one of a rich girl (Babita) falling in love with Prem Chopra who is after her wealth (as usual). Pritam (Shashi Kapoor) falls in love with this girl and tries to woo her away from her chosen person and has the approval of her rich uncle (Om Prakash) and is eventually successful. Then there is a minor twist regarding the birth mother foster mother etc. That is the synopsis. The movie had 7 songs of which the blog has 6 as under:-
