On this date ten years back viz on 14 March 2013, nine songs from eight different movies (plus one Non Film song) were covered in the blog. Here are the details:-

It can be seen that out of two movies (out of eight) whose songs were covered on this date ten years ago (on 14 March 21013) have since been YIPPEED. So technically six movies are eligible for Blog Ten Year Challenge today. But in reality, songs of some of the movies are unavailable.
“Shahnaaz”(1948) is one of the movies that is eligible for Blog Ten Year Challenge today. This movie was directed by Sheikh for Wahab Productions, Bombay. The movie had Begum Para, Altaf, Nihal, Shanta Patel, Mustafa, P.D.Lal, Shama Gulnar, Bashir, Sheikh etc in it.
“Shahnaaz”(1948) had 12 songs in it. 8 of the songs have been covered in the past.
Here is the ninth song from “Shahnaaz”(1948) to appear in the blog. The song is sung by Amirbai Karnataki. Arshi Ajmeri is the lyricist. Music is composed by Amirbai Karnataki.
