“Muqaddar Ka Sikandar” (1978) was not a movie that I liked much but others liked it very much. To keep up with others who liked it, I too watched it, and then I wondered what the fuss was all about.

Here is a very old song from an obscure movie called “Actress” (1948). This is a stage song. It is sung by Rafi and it is picturised on Prem Adeeb.

This movie called “Preet Ki Dori” (1971) is not well known, since the movie obviously flopped at the box office. It had Parikshit Sahni and Tanuja in lead roles.

I have been waxing eloquent about music director Ganesh in this blog. The more I listen to his songs, more is the sense of loss that I feel. If only he got a proper run in Bollywood, we would have had many more great songs to savour.
