“Maharaja”(1970) was produced and directed by Naresh Saigal for N S Films, Bombay. The movie had Nutan, Sanjay Khan (in title role), Sujit Kumar, Rajendranath, Jeewan, Tarun Bose, Manmohan Krishna, Manmohan, Rajan Haksar,
Onkar, Ameena, Lalita Kumari, Assie, Dilip Dutta, Sumal, Prabhat Kumar, Karim, Master Omi, Master Raja etc. The movie introduced Roopa. The movie also had Helen, Nirupa Roy in special appearances with guest appearances by Hiralal, Murad, Randhir and Shashi.

The first unYIPPEED movie has already been taken up earlier in the day under BTYC.
The second movie that is eligible for BYTC today is “Yaadgaar”(1984).

Today (11 August 2022) is Rakshabandhan. This is the 15th Rakshabandhan for this blog. The first Rakshabandhan for the blog fell on 16 August 2008. That day saw the iconic Rakshabandhan song namely Bhaiyya mere raakhi ke bandhan ko nibhaana (Chhoti Bahan)(1959) getting covered on the blog.
On those early days, only one song was discussed in a day. Subsequently multiple songs began to be covered daily. Festival days were no exception. So more than one Rakshabandhan songs were also discussed in the subsequent occasions.
