Hullo Atuldom
The last time I had written a post for Mother’s Day was in 2016 – Mere chehre mein chhupa hai meri maa ka chehra . In that post I had mentioned how the idea of mother’s day came about. This day has been celebrated in the USA since 1914 as per a proclamation by Woodrow Wilson declaring the second Sunday of May as Mother’s Day.

“Mastaana” (1954) was a Black and White movies production. It was directed by H S Rawail. The movie had Motilal, Nigar Sultana, Kuldip Kaur, Chandrashekhar, Yashodhara Katju, Sunder, Rinkoo, Gope, Chaman Puri, Master Romi, Tiwari etc in it.

I am aware of a 1954 movie called “Mastaana” (1954). Now, thanks to the lyrics of a song, which were sent to be by Prakashchnadra, I am now become aware of another movie of the same name which was released in 1970.

“Mastaanaa” (1954) is a movie starring Motilal and Nigar Sultana, who were mainly big name actors of 1940s but who continued to act in 1950s too.
From the picturisation of this song, I guess that Motilal and Nigar Sultana play roadside toy sellers and they have a kid (Master Romi).
