‘Isi ka naam duniya hai’ (1962) is a film starring Ashok Kumar, Shyama, Mehmood & Sahira etc. A few songs of this movie that I have found on youtube are all picturised on Mehmood and Sahira. Only one song from this film is posted in the blog. For the second song from this movie, I had a choice among three Mehmood songs that I have seen. With careful consideration, I decided on this party song, which is also a piano song.

Today (1 may 2013) is the 94th birth anniversary of Manna Dey. Radio/ TV stations, sites etc must be celebrating this occasion with some of his songs. It is easy for most of them. All they have to do is discuss some of the well known Manna Dey songs from movies like “Zanjeer”, “Upkaar”, “Dil Hi To Hai”, “Anand”, “Mera Naam Joker” etc and that is all.
