Pyaari pyaari sooraton

It is unbelievable, but this song is from a movie 70 years old. Yes, “Dushman” (1939) was released 70 years ago. How time fhas flown. It seems just a few days ago ( but was actually 40 years ago) when I used to scoff at such songs though such songs were just 30 years old at that time.

“Paheli” songs were quite popular in old Bollywood movies where two groups ( one of boys and other of girls) would ask questions and the other group would be required to answer them.
