Bhool jaanaa chaahti hoon

“Jwaar Bhaata” (1944) is today remembered as Dilip Kumar’s debut movie. This movie also had Shamim, Arun Kumar,Vikram Kapoor, Mridula,Agha Jaan etc in it.
Here is a lovely song from this movie. This song is sung by Parul Ghosh. Narendra Sharma is the lyricist. Music is composed by Anil Biswas, who was Parul Ghosh’s brother. Parul Ghosh, incidentally was married to Pannalal Ghosh, the renowned flute player.
What a superbly sung song it is ! I am unable to get a few lines/ words correctly in the lyrics. I request my readers with keener ears to help point our the errors/missing words in the lyrics.
PS-Later I came to know that the song has a duet version too, which is sung by Parul Ghosh and C Ramchandra. So this song is a multiple version song.

bhool jaanaa chaahti hoon

jeete jeete thhak gayi main
jeete jeete thhak gayi main
neend aati hi nahin
bhool jaanaa chaahti hoon
apno ko le daaliyon par
jalte phoolon ke chiraag
apno ko le daaliyon par
jalte phoolon ke chiraag
kho chuka weeraan meri
zindagi ka phool baag
kho chuka weeraan meri
zindagi ka phool baag
aansuon ki dhaar ab ham ko
aansuon ki dhaar ab ham ko
dubaati bhi nahin
bhool jaanaa chaahti hoon
bhool paati bhi nahin
bhool jaanaa chaahti hoon

In the 7th line ‘he’ should be replaced by ‘bhi”. In the 6th line of last stanza ‘kho’ slhould be replaced by ‘ho’.
