“Baap Re Baap” (1955) was produced and directed by A R Kardar. The movie had Smriti Biswas, Kishore Kumar, Jayant, Ulhas, Maruti, Leela Misra, Chand Usmani, Banerji etc in it.
Seven songs from this movie have been discussed in the past. Here is the eighth song from the movie.
This song is a melancholic song which is sung by Asha Bhonsle. The song is lip synced by a lady whom I am unable to identify despite having watched her several times in the past. 🙂 I know that I need to work harder at identifying them. But then I need to work harder at many other things as well, viz to learn how to operate smart phones, for instance. I will hopefully become smart enough to operate smart phones and identify old actresses, but in the meanwhile I reqest our already smart and knowledgeable readers to help identify the actress lip syncing the song and the other lady accompanying her.
