Ah, good to be back, and sincere apologies to all who may be wondering after all why does he start something and then seem to disappear. In simple words, not trying to make it sound like an excuse – personal bandwidth constraints and some higher priority write ups that must be done. This promised series took a back seat for many reasons. After having a start in late May, so far just four episodes appeared in the series, and then came a long hiatus. Rather the curiosity now is, what is going to be the ‘century’ special that will be served up with the milestone. 🙂

“Chaandni” (1942), by now an obscure movie, was a Ranjit Production movie. It was directed by Jayant Desai. This movie had Ishwarlal and Khursheed in lead roles, with Dixit, Noorjahaan and Baby Kamla etc being the other actors.
