Song-Beete na beete na rainaa (Rudaali)(1993) Singer-Asha Bhonsle, Lyrics-Gulzar, MD-Bhupen Hazarika
Lyrics(provided by Prakashchandra)
Beete na beete na raina
kore hain neend se naina
nainon ke sapne bhi goonge
aawe to bole na bainaa
beete na beete na raina
kore hain neend se naina
nainon ke sapne bhi goonge
aawe to bole na bainaaa
beete na beete na rainaaa
raaton ke pannon pe
na koi taaraa
na koi sangi na baati
aangan mein utre na
subahon ke paakhi
na koi saajan na saathi
beete na beete na raina
maroo mein udti hain
paagal hawaayein
maaroo akele na jaanaa
paali ke teelon pe udthe baboole
teelon pe ghar na banaanaa
beete na beete na raina
kore hain neend se naina
nainon ke sapne bhi goonge
aawe to bole na bainaa
beete na beete na raina

Is it possible to see the song “Yara silli silli, beerha ki raat ka jalna” from this movie? Sung by who else…Lataji and composed by her brother……. Hridaynath Mangeshkar. Beautiful song…,!

Hullo Atulji
I notice just now that this movie has been wrongly dated to 1983. this is a 1993 movie much after Dimple Kapadia made her comeback into movies in 1984. i think we will need to correct it everywhere on the blog…. List of movies, list of songs year wise etc
