Kishore Kumar is also there and he goes round and round trees, dancing his unique dance and playing a mouth organ all the time.

“Kismat” had some superb music composed by O P Nayyar. Though Rafi was not there to sing ( he had his differences with O P Nayyar those days) and Mahendra Kapoor had done a decent job filling in for him. And O P Nayyar had used the voice of Shamshad Begum for a song too.

“Saudagar” (1973) was the debut movie for Ravindra Jain as a music director. He wrote the lyrics too. This was a Rajshree productions movie where they were known to sign up newcomers. And for this movie they had signed by Amitabh Bachchan ! It is strange to see Amitabh Bachchan playing a villager ( far cry from his action roles) wearing striped lungi throughout the movie.
