‘Main Meri Patni Aur Woh’ (2005) was produced under the banner of UTV Motion Pictures and was directed by Chandan Arora. The main cast consisted of Rajpal Yadav and Rituparna Sengupta in the lead roles with the supporting cast of Kay Kay Menon, Vinod Nagpal, Veena Mehta, Varun Bandola, Abdul Basir, Anil Rastogi etc. Nasiruddin Shah was a voice-over actor giving narrations. The film can be categorised as family drama comedy. From the film’s title, ‘Main’ is Rajpal Yadav, ‘Meri Patni’ is Rituparna Sengupta and ‘Who’ does not represent the third person but multiple persons. The film has been majorly shot in Lucknow. Hullo Atuldom
For this post I have a song from an absolutely new film. I thought it was a brand new film, but as of 24th June, the movie is an year old. I didn’t know it was already a year since it released. The movie was on my wish-list, and I don’t know what happened, why I didn’t go to a cinema hall to see it. I am sure a few in Atuldom would have seen it.

Hullo Atuldom
India is celebrating the 75th year of its Independence. Mumbai based Rajshri productions and distribution company is also celebrating its 75th year.
I am sure we have many knowledgeable followers in the blog who will give us information on how Rajshri took to making critically acclaimed films that were also commercially successful. Most of their films had stories that stressed on values, family ties, unity etc. and provided opportunity for family outings. I recall a cinema hall in Chembur, Mumbai was decked up, almost like a wedding hall, when Rajshri’s ‘Hum Aapke Hain Kaun’ was released and all of the outfits worn by its characters became a rage at that time.
