Here is a song which must be perhaps the oldest piano song in Hindi movies. This song sees K L Saigal meeting a man (Can anyone tell who he is) and Kanan Devi. He decides that Kanan Devi is going to sing a poem of K L Saigal. Kanan Devi sits on the grand piano and sings this song.

“Sujata” (1959) had some very nice songs in it that covered various stages of lives, different kinds of feelings etc.
For instance, this movie has one of most well known luallabies of all time, viz. Nanhi kali sone chali hawa dheere aana. Picturisation of this lullaby shows Sulochana singing this lullaby to babies who grow up to become Shashikala and Nutan respectively.

After watching so many “teasing” songs, I find non- teasing songs such a sight for sore eyes. These are songs where the boy is treating the girl in a dignified manner and the girl is not minding his advances. Here is one such delighfully picturised romantic song from “Ghoonghat” (1960).

I think I am familiar with most movies starring Raj Kapoor and Nargis, but even I was stumped when I came across this movie called “Bewafaa” (1952). This movie is not all that well known, which means that this movie did not do all that well.That way, this movie suffered the same fate as “Aashinaa”, another Raj Kapoor-Nargis starrer.
