“Malika” (1947) is a forgotten movie and little is known about this movie. It was directed by Nazir for Hind pictures. The movie had Shobhana Samarth, Sheela Kashmiri, Reyaz, Malik Khan etc in it and most names do not ring any bells.

After a gap of almost a week or so, I am returning to the series,” DEBUT OR FIRST FILM SONGS”,with the 9th song .

A most versatile character actor. Well, not completely feasible, given his short stature and a thin voice. Very little is known today about “Meri Amaanat” (1947). This movie was was directed by S Sutar and P Gupte for Vikas Productions. The movie had Nandrekar and Meenakshi in it.

“Daak Bangla” (1947) is a movie produced by Indian National Pictures Limited. 😀
The movie was directed by M Sadiq and it had actors like Wasti , Suraiyya, Gope,Rampyaari,M Ismail etc. Kamal Kapoor made his debut with this movie.
