“Zindagi Aur Toofaan”(1975) was directed by Umesh Mathur for Kirtiman Films, Bombay. This “social” movie had Sajid Khan (sr), Yogita Bali, Helen, Sulabha Deshpande, Kanhaiyalal, Anwar Hussain, Appi Umarani, Asit Sen, Mukri, Bhagwan, Sikandar Azam, Shefali Chaudhary, Bharat, Balkishan, Rajat Kumar, Balwant Singh, Satyendar Verma, Manu Dhawan, Kishan, Daya Devi, Leena Das, Pal Sharma, Chandu, Pardesi, Ratan Gaurang, M A Latif, Mumtaz Begam, Geeta Khanna, C M Nagar etc. Rehana Sultan and Rakesh Pandey had made guest appearances in the movie.

The song is picturised as a synchronised cabarat dance song on Helen and another dancer whom I am unable to identify. I request our knowledgeable readers to help identify her.
