I just came to know (thanks to information given by Khyati Bhatt) that today (9 september) is the birth anniversary of Leela Chitnis (9 september 1909 -14 july 2003). Leela Chitnis was born on 9 september 1909, and that makes her date of birth a perfect 09-09-09 whether you write it in the British style or the US style.

“Janmbhoomi” (1936) was a Bombay Talkies Production. Little is known about this movie today. I became aware of this movie thanks to a lovely song picturised on Devika Rani and a cute dog.
