In 1960s and 1970s, movie halls used to hire a rickshaw in which they would install an announcer with a PA system as well as a record player. The rickshaw would be covered with the cardboard hoardings of handmade posters of the movie.

I was not sure how many songs I will be able to discuss today since I am undertaking a long 20 hours journey by train and going by my past experience, I know that internet connectivity is a problem during that time. But I am pleasantly surprised to fingd that the internet has held up for nearly an hour. It helps that the train is passing through an area which is a metropilital city and as such good connectivity is assured as long as the train remains in this area (which means for another 10 minutes). So I may as well make the most of it.
