“CID” (1956) as well as “CID 909” (1967) had music by the same music director, viz O P Nayyar. Unlike “CID” (1956), “CID 909” was a B grade movie though. It was a Bindu Kala Mandir Presentation, which was directed by Muhammad Hussai. The movie had up and coming B grade actors namely Feroz Khan and Mumtaz in lead roles, with Helen, Rajen Haksar, Brahm Bharadwaj, Ram Mohan, Rajen Kapoor, Tuntun, Bela Bose, B.
