Recently, I posted two songs from “Duniyaa Naa Maane” (1937). Two decades later, another movie of the same name was released in 1959. Here is a song from this movie, viz. “Duniyaa Naa Maane” (1959).

I find that there are many songs that I love listening to without having an inkling about their details. And with time getting the details of these songs becomes a problem in case that movie does not do well at the box office.

In Bollywood movies, “Mujra” songs is one of a standard category of songs. Most people, including me, discuss such songs as a matter of course, without thinking much about this matter. But the songs of “Adalat” (1958), which are all “Mujra” songs force me to think about it.
