एक दोस्त मिला आज, बहुत सारे सालों के बाद।

Yes, years and years have passed since we last met. And today, while searching for someone else, I located the one I had probably met once or maybe twice, and then never met again for decades. Two days ago, Suman ji completed the 79th milestone of her melodic life. It is so hard to believe that she is now so senior in years. Some months back, maybe almost a year, she was in Delhi and was present on stage for a singing performance. Unfortunately I myself was not able to make it. But other friends who had attended had said that she continues to be as impressive in her voice, as she was before. Still as sweet, and ‘sureeli’ as Bharat ji would put it.

This addition to the missing films of 1960s series is once again out of sequence. It brings us to 1965 today. And it brings a song for which the patience of the requestor is now running very low. So, another request from Arvinder ji for which he has been waiting for a long time. His reminders keep dropping into my mailbox. And I thought I better bring this song online, before the reminders start getting, well, serious.

It appears that this film most likely sank without making any ripples, or leaving any memories behind. There is really very little information available for this film.
