The second of the two back to back songs by Asha Bhosle in the rare/rarely heard series from the C grade film “Man Tera Tan Mera” (1971). This song too is written by Naqsh Lyallpuri and composed by Sapan Jagmohan.

To recap, “Man Tera Tan Mera”(1971) was produced by I M Kunnu and directed by B R Ishara for Nitin Films. The movie had Anil Dhawan, Rehana Sultan, Shatrughna Sinha, Manmohan Krishna, Asit Sen, Dulari, Johny Whisky, etc. The movie introduces Rashmi.

I’m going to present two back to back songs by Asha Bhosle in the rare/rarely heard series. Both songs are from a C grade film “Man Tera Tan Mera” (1971). Both the songs are written by Naqsh Lyallpuri and composed by Sapan Jagmohan.

“Man Tera Tan Mera”(1971) was produced by I M Kunnu and directed by B R Ishara for Nitin Films. The movie had Anil Dhawan, Rehana Sultan, Shatrughna Sinha, Manmohan Krishna, Asit Sen, Dulari, Johny Whisky, etc. the movie introduces Rashmi.

This beautiful haunting melody is sung by Asha Bhosle, is written by M K Javed and composed by Usha Khanna. This is from “Aaja Sanam” (1975).

This movie was written and directed by Yusuf Naqvi for producer S. A. Mahmood. The Music Director was Usha Khanna and there were three lyricists – Indeevar, M. K. Javed, Kafil Azar.

Aaja Sanam starred Feroz Khan as Dr. Satish, Tanuja as Shanti, Deven Verma as Dr. Kaushal Verma with Mukri, Sulochana Chatterjee, Bipin Gupta, and Indu Shivraj also featuring prominently.

“Mere Qatil Utha Botal” is sung by Asha Bhosle, penned by Verma Malik and composed by Shankar Jaikishan. It is from the film “Gold Medal” (1984).
