I have posted two songs from “Aashiana”(1952) in ther past. One was a Lata song ( mere piya se koi jaake) and other was a Talat Mahmood song (main paagal mera manwaa paagal). Both these songs are superb memorable songs.

I recall listening to this song called “Likha hai teri aankhon me kiska afsaana” during my younger days,but I had no idea which movie this song was from. It is only yesterday that I came to know that this song was from “Teen Deviyaan”.

I have posted a superb Kishore Kumar song from “Manmauji”(1962) in the past that went “Zaroorat hai zaroorat hai”. It was a playful light hearted song and showed that Madan Mohan could compose this kind of songs as well.

This extremely hummable song was sung by Rafi and Lata. The song is picturised on a very young Jagdeep, and a lady playing his love interest ( who is she ?- Nanda, I am told).
