And for the day it is, part of our conversation revolved around Rafi Sb, and his persona, and his legacy. ‘God’s Own Man’ is the phrase expressed by one of the gathering. Certainly, all people are God’s people. But then some are special. They are ‘God’s Own People’. Humble and giving – the two traits that stand out as shining beacons in this industry that is famous for cutthroat competition, and the rule of money power. So much corruption and cruelty bleeds into it, and in turn, generates more cruelty and heartlessness.

Today (19 july 2017) is the ninth birth anniversary of the blog. This blog was started on this date in 2008. When I check up, I find that the first post of the blog was posted at 1:54 A M on 19 july 2017. In other words, I was wide awake at the early hours of that day. The fact that 19 july was a saturday and therefore holiday may have been the reason why I was still awake at that time.
