Naturally marriage processions too accompany these marriage functions in the road adjacent to the housing society. The sound of the music and singing by the band party create a huge din. The song in this post is from the movie ‘Chaachaa Bhateejaa’ which was released in the year ‘1977’.

If one goes through the ‘list of movies’ released during this year i.e. 1977, one can notice that this was one among the ‘best years’ for Hindi Films. We can see diverse subjects on which movies were based though the central theme of most of the movies revolved around ‘formula movies and entertainment’.

I was toying with the idea of this blog where I would give my comments of Hindi movie songs. I was somewhat inspired by Khushwant Singh, who would give comments on various matters in his weekly column “with malice towards one and all”. 🙂

It so happens that you have a song in your playlist which you enjoy for the fast pace at which it plays. You start an invisible dance to its beats and shake your legs to its amazing music.

One such song is today’s song which I present to you all. It was a major commercial success, with a theatrical run of over 100 days. MGR was awarded the National Film Award for Best Actor for this movie.
