“Raag Rang” (1952) was produced under the banner of Bali Sisters (Geeta Bali and Sudha Bali). The movie was directed by Digvijay and the movie had Ashok Kumar, Geeta Bali, Agha, Madan Puri, Sunder, Ruma Guha Thakurta etc in it. Three songs from this movie have been discussed in the past. Today is the birth anniversary of Roshan (14 july 1917- 16 november 1967). In his 18 year long career, which was cut short in his prime, he composed music for 52 movies. This blog has 176 songs from as many as 49 of these movies. It is a matter of time before this blog will have almost all Roshan compositions that are available.
