‘Josheela’(1973) was produced by Gulshan Rai and directed by Yash Chopra for Trimurti Films Private Limited, Bombay. The movie had Dev Anand, Hema Malini, Pran, Bindu, Madan Puri, Manmohan Krishna, Padma Khanna, Sulochana, Iftekhar, Sudhir, Hercules, Master Satyajit, I S Johar, Vikas Anand, Jagdish Raj, S.N. Bannerjee, Chandu Allahabadi, Praveen Kumar, Uma Khosla, Ramlal, Shamlal, Uma Dutt Nazeer etc in it. Rakhi and Mahendra Sandhu had made special appearances in this movie. Roopesh Kumar, A K Hangal, Sheetal, Ashu and Laxmichhaya had made guest appearances in the movie.

Today is a special day for Kaka fans. It would have been his 78th birthday.
On this occasion here is a song which is from Kaka a.k.a Jatin Khanna popular among his fans as Rajesh Khanna’s productional debut. “Alag Alag” (1985). It was produced by Rajesh Khanna and Kusum Narula, under the banner of Aashirwaad Films International, Bombay.

Rajesh Khanna – Birth Anniversary on 29/12/2020

Rajesh Khanna, the first superstar of hindi films, was born as Jatin Khanna on 29/12/1942 at Amritsar, Punjab. He is said to have had 17 solo hits from 1969 to 1971. This might be the only thing where Rajesh Khanna is ahead of superstar of the millennium, Amitabh Bachchan. He holds the record of 48 Platinum Jubilee hits and 26 Golden jubilee hits plus 22 silver jubilee hits. Certainly overtook the Silver Jubilee star Rajendra Kumar in a big way, who had 25 silver Jubilees in his time.

Hello everyone,
I’m back here after another long absence.
And as usual, it is a very special anniversary that brings me back to writing here.
To be honest, I’m very much out of touch with writing nowadays. Can’t even remember when I last wrote anything more than 280 characters. So this post is going to be a struggle – but I still want to go through with it, because it is about someone who is very dear to me.
And not just to me, but to millions of music lovers around the world.
I’m talking about Rafisaab, of course.
