This is the Rafi-Lata Duet from Film ‘Sehra” (1963). It is picturized on Sandhya and Prashant. I saw this song for the first time while looking for desert songs in this film. And it is clear from the picturization that it was a precursor to this song in Sangam (1964).

“Ek Ladki Saat Ladke”(1961) was a Filmistan Production. It was directed by Roop K Shorey. The movie had Ravindra Kapoor, Ameeta, Badri Prasad, Manju, Durga Khote etc in it. The movie must have really sunk without a trace for it to have become such an obscure movie.
