Today, ten years later, five out of the six movies whose songs were covered on that day have already been YIPPEED The only movie not yet YIPPEED from that date is “Rustam e Baghdad”(1963). “Rustam e Baghdad”(1963) had made its debut in the blog on that day ten years ago. After that, no other song from the movie has been covered in the blog even though the movie has six songs in all and they are available as well !

Blog 10-Year Challenge (2012-2022) – Song No. 19

February 2012 was a month that saw as many as 178 songs getting covered in the blog, at an average of over 6 songs a day. There were several days when even 8 and nine songs were covered in one day !
The date of 15 February 2012 was a sedate day in comparison. Only four songs were discussed on this date. Here are their details:-

The first film Nirdosh-1941 had singer Mukesh as Hero, opposite Nalini Jaywant and he sang his first film song on the screen.
