“upar gagan vishaal” is a song that launched Manna Dey’s career as a playback singer. This song from “Mashaal” (1950) was a bullock cart song. The picturisation shown Ashok Kumar riding a bullock cart and the bullock cart driver ( who is he ? ) singing this song.
