Hullo to all in Atuldom
So, there is this thing called the 10-year challenge going-on on Facebook, at least I saw a few of my friend’s post “Then and Now” pictures. Atulji also has started something similar on the blog with this post “Inteha Ho Gai Intezaar Ki“. I found this more inspiring to participate in and I was thinking of how my association with this blog began exactly 10 years ago when my daughter stumbled on to this blog (I know I have mentioned this a number of times, sorry for repeating). Then she saw that Atulji is kind enough to post songs requested by readers (followers) – there is a dedicated ‘farmaishes’ page on the blog.

This obscure social movie had Rakesh Pandey, Rama Vij, Kishore Kapoor, Bipin Gupta, Rohin Kumar, Kalyan Chatterji, Chandrakala, M L Daga, Trilochan Jha, Nanu, B P Tiwari, Madan Sudan, Ravi Yagnik, Surendra Gupta, Tej Bahadur, C R Tenani, Naval Joshi, Akhtar, Gayatri Mukherji, Laxmi Chaaya etc with Master Piyush (new discovery) and Pallavi Mehta (guest role) etc in it.

It is not possible to post an article in this series Today (16 march 2019), because movies of all the songs (all six of them) that were covered ten years ago (on 16 march 2009) have already been YIPPEED by now. 🙂

‘Joshila-1973’ is another movie which I remember to have watched around end of seventies. It was screened during the weekly screening of movies at our ‘colony club’ where we stayed at that time. I never got a chance to watch it again. However, its heart touching song ‘Kiska rasta dekhe ai dil ai saudaayi’ became a permanent memory associated with this movie. This also became to be the most popular and famous song from this movie. Very aptly this movie was launched on this blog with this Kishore Kumar song on 15.03.2009.
