“Moti Mahal” (1952) is a movie about which only sketchy information is available. This movie was a Nigaristan Films production. It was directed by Ravindra Dave and it had Ajit, Suraiyya,Veera,Jeevan, Tabassum, Satish,Ratan Kumar, Roopmala etc in it.

“Simla Road” (1969) is a quintessential B grade movie which was forgotten almost as soon as it was released. This movie had Dev Kumar and Sarita in lead roles. Dev Kumar later found himself playing roles of villain’s henchman, whereas Sarita vanished from movies without a trace.

“Teasing” songs where the hero teases the heroine while singing a roadside Romeo genre of song is not quite my cup of tea, especially when the hero is someone like Rajendra Kumar. But I am prepared to condone such teasing when the hero is someone like Shammi Kapoor or Kishore Kumar. Who said that I am impartial in my likings of actors. 😀 Yes,I am objective and impartial in my likings only when it comes to singers, not actors. 🙂
