Today 15th January 2023 is the ninety-fifth birth anniversary of Music Composer Rajkamal ji (born on 15th January 1928 – passed away on 1st September 2005).
Rajkamal has given timeless musical classics such as ‘Saawan Ko Aane Do-1979’, ‘Chashm –E-Buddoor’ to Hindi Film Industry and he also composed the music for B.R. Chopra’s ‘epic serial on TV’ – ‘Mahaabharat’.

Many of you would be surprised if I tell you that in the beginning of his career, Sunder-the well known comedian was a Hero in many films. Since my childhood I have been very fascinated by ‘Qawwali’ songs and after coming into contact with this blog I have shared many Qawwalis too.
I have also presented a series of Qawwalis from the seventies wherein I presented fourteen qawwali songs.

# Superstar Child Artist – Junior Mehmood # 13

Today 15th November’2022 is the ‘sixty-sixth’ birthday of actor Junior Mehmood.
On this occasion we wish him a very happy and a healthy, wealthy, entertaining and enjoying life ahead.
Junior Mehmood was born as Naeem Sayyad on 15th November’1956 to a ‘middle class family living in Mumbai.
His father was an Engine Driver in railways and the family used to live in the railway quarters at ‘Antop Hill’ Mumbai (as mentioned in the biography of Jr Mehmood available on YT).
Including Naeem they were six siblings – four brothers and two sisters.
