Hullo Atuldom
Today’s song is from a forgotten movie of the late 1970s “Bagula Bhagat” (1979). It was directed by Harmesh Malhotra and produced by Gullu Sippy. It had a cast of Ashok Kumar, Shatrughan Sinha, Shabana Azmi, Kamini Kaushal, Padma Khanna, Mehmood Jr. etc. I think I saw a short video of the movie online somewhere and think I spied Anwar Hussain and Goga Kapoor as his henchman. It had music by Kalyanji Anandji and songs written by Anjaan. Kishore Kumar, Mahendra Kapoor, Amit Kumar and Asha Bhonsle as playback singers. The movie was written by Subhash Ghai and Bhalla.
