I have discussed as many as seven songs from “Shamaa” (1961) and what fabulous songs they are. There are more lovely songs in this movie, but they are apparently not available on youtube. So I had to do dig deeper in order to come up with the missing songs from this movie.

“Wo Din Yaad Karo” is a movie that was released in 1971. Though I was very much around in 1971 , I have absolutely no recollection of this movie. Obviously this movie had flopped big time. At that time, when Rajesh Khanna was ruling the roost, who was going to watch a movie starring Sanjay Khan and Nanda? No one really.

When it comes to titles for Hindi movies, most of these titles are one to three words long and then tend to have certain common Hindi/Urdu words in them. Combination of an adjective like Badi/Chhoti plus a noun for a woman itself may yield half a dozen or more titles. Then using words like Afsaanaa/fasaanaa/Kahaani either alone or in combination of a few other words leads to many titles. The possibilities are in fact endless.
