“Naach Ghar” (1959) was a Kwality Pictures Production. It was directed by R S Tara. The movie had Ashok KUmar, Anoop Kumar, Kamala Laxman, Helen, Shobha Khote, Iftekhar, Gopi Krishna etc in it. Not much is known about this movie.

While talking of a movie called “Dillagi”, The only movie of this name that I was aware of during my teenage days was “Dillagi” (1978), which was a Basu Chatterjee directed romantic comedy movie starring Dharmendra and Hema Malini.

Whenever I come across the name of the film “Baat ek raat ki” the song ‘na tum hame jaano, na ham tumhen jaane’ is the song I remember. The Hemant Kumar version is posted in the blog. I have seen this song many times on ‘Chhaaya geet’.

The music of “Saawan Bhaadon” (1970) was instantly lapped up by aam janta as soon as the songs of this movie became available. The energy and the verve with which these songs were sung made them extremely popular with music lovers, especially the least sophisticated among them like for instance kids in the under 10 years age category. 🙂
