This costume drama movie had Chitra, Mahipal, Rajkumar, Sapru, Maruti, Ramesh Thakur, Chaman Puri, Naazi, Helen, Sheila Vaz, Tuntun, Bhalerao etc in it. Mirza Musharraf and Sheikh had made guest appearances in the movie.

‘Duniya Jhukti Hai’ (1960) was produced by Wadia Movietone and was directed by J B H Wadia. The cast included Sunil Dutt and Shyama in lead roles supported by Kumkum, Agha, B M Vyas, Sheila Vaz, Wasti, Uma Dutt, Bhagwan, Neelambai, Satya Rani, Dalpat, Kesar, W M Khan, M K Hasan, Madhu Apte, Damu Anna Malvankar etc. Probably, this was the only film in which Sunil Dutt was paired with Shyama in lead roles.
