With almost over 70% population (as against 85% in 1947) living in Villages and depending on farming, even in these days. No wonder if all our major events have an Agricultural base.

In olden times there was a saying that one must visit Kashi(Benaras/Varanashi) before one dies.(There is an old saying in Western India ” Surat nu Jaman ane Kashi nu Maran”,which means,in your life you must eat food in Surat and Die in Kashi-both the best options).

My attachment to Lord Shiva is from a very young age. We resided in Hyderabad, but my father did his Law graduation from Nagpur. While at Nagpur,h e got introduced to some revolutionaries and he too joined them.

I like the singing style of Yesudas. He has not done too many songs in Hindi, but his songs in CHITCHOR are still echoing in people’s ears. I have heard many songs of Yesudas in Malyalam. Though I did not understand the language, the voice of Yesudas was enough for me to enjoy them.

As I had mentioned earlier, the makers of Tarzan films always wanted to include something special in their films to enhance its credibility and acceptibility. In this process they would not stop anywhere, what if the story is senseless and unbelieveable ? They averred that the audience of ” C ” grade films does not come to the Theatres to quench his literary Thirst, but to get ‘paisa vasool’ stories, which satisfy his basic instincts. So no stones are left unturned to bring out that kind of stuff.

Sometime back I had written that the producers of Tarzan Films always tried to add some kind of masaala to their basic story to make it different and appealing. Today’s film TARZAN AUR JADUI CHIRAG, is easily the Top ranking masaala film in the Tarzan series which included a variety of characters and actors in the film. More about it later…
