I have discussed as many as eight songs from “Naagin” (1954) and all of them are iconic songs. I thought that all the iconic songs from this movie have already been discussed. So it comes as a huge surprise to me to realise that the song “Mann doley mera tann doley” from “Naagin” (1954) has not yet been discussed.

“Saanjh Ki Bela” (1980) is a movie which is a recent one by the standards of this blog. Still I was totally oblivious of this movie till recently. It is only when I got down to discuss this song that I became aware of this movie.

“Mirza Ghalib” (1954), as the name suggests, was a movie based on the life of the legendary poet Mirza Ghalib. The movie was a musical blockbuster, and the lyrics of most of the songs were based on Mirza Ghalib’s poetry.
