“Us Raat Ke Baad”(1970) was a “social” movie. Information contained in HFGK about this movie is incomplete.
Luckily the print of this movie is available online. Watching it, one finds that the movie was produced and directed by Y B Siraj for 51 Cine Commercial corporation, Bombay. The movie had Sanjeev Kumar, Tanuja, Sailesh Kumar, Shaminder, Kishore Bhat (introducing), Aruna Irani, Madan Puri, Tarun Bose, Bela Bose, Asit Sen, Pravin Paul, Sundar, Amrit Patel, Dinesh Hingoo, Masterji etc in it.
HFGK mentions four songs in the movie and leaves blanks indicating that the movie had additional songs in it. On watching the movie, it is seen that the movie had a fifth song as well which is the movie opening song cum movie closing song. So the movie had five songs in all.

“Jhoothha Kahin Ka”(1979) was directed by Ravi Tandon for R M Films, Bombay. This “social” movie had Rishi Kapoor, Nitu Singh, Rakesh Roshan, Prem Chopra, Om Shivpuri, Satyen Kappoo, Indrani Mukherji, Helen, Preeti Ganguly, Keshto Mukherji, Ifthikhar, Hari Shivdasani, Yunus Parvez, Indira Bansal, Mushtaq Merchant, Hungama, Harish, Dharamveer, R P Sethi, Brahm Bhardwaj, Vandana Shashtri, Vikas Anand, O P Goyal, Gauri Verma etc in it.
This movie had five songs in it. This was the usual boy meets girl genre of movie. Rishi Kapoor and Nitu Singh were just what the doctor ordered for such movies (as Ravi Shatri would say three decades later 🙂 ) I have lost count of the movies where the two of them acted together in several movies with similar stories.
