In 1978, BR Chopra made this remarkable film ‘Pati, Patni Aur Who’. I call it remarkable because it is a rare occasion that the theme of marital infidelity is being dealt as a comedy. A happily married executive, wife of his liking through a love marriage, one child, and a comfortable household and life. What more can a man desire. Here is a Rafi-Lata duet from the film Phandebaaz (1978). The music director is R. D. Burman and lyricist is Anand Bakshi. The film was a comedy, which I have seen on T.V. long back. Only thing i could remember is the song ‘Abhi barah nahin baje hain’. The film stars Dharmendra and Moushmi Chatterjee as hero and heroine along with Prem chopra, Helen, Bindu, Ranjeet as the gang of villians. One song of the film is posted in the blog Abhi gyaarah nahin baje hain . This should be the second song.
