Nowadays it is happening with me regularly that whenever I come across a new song (newer to me) I check for its movie name, and when I became aware of the name of the movie I check it on the blog. I am under the impression that this movie surely is on the blog. But, when I found that the movie is not yet available on the blog, I do not believe it and keep checking many times in various lists . The recent such instances is the movie ‘Taxi Chor-1980’ and another one is the today’s movie.

I have in my earlier posts mentioned that nowadays I am getting to listen to radio for at least two to two and half hours every day. And mainly I listen the programmes on Vividh Bharati only.
So, in the morning time it is part of ‘ham hai raahi pyaar ke’ and ‘Bharat ki goonj’ and evening times it is part of or sometimes full edition of ‘Shaam sindoori’, ‘Sangeet sarita’, ‘Jaymala’ etc.
Now that is the daily schedule since 2nd November’2020. This has given me the opportunity to listen variety of songs from the yesteryears and even the songs from recent times. I have come across many unheard songs and some beautiful songs even from the eighties and nineties. I will try to share them as and when possible.

On the other hand, there are instances who could retain their rich status thanks to their dedication to work as well as prudent financial planning. In recent days the ‘Yippeeee’ activity has taken a backseat on the blog. The ‘Yippeeee’ project too has been slowed down, and it is almost one year now when our ‘Yippeeee Guru’ had appeared last giving his darshan to ‘Yippeeee members like me’. 😊
I wished we should be ‘Yippeeee’ing’ at least one movie in a week if not daily. The last Yippeeee moment on the blog was on 27th July’2021 when the final song of movie ‘Jai Santoshi Maa-1975’ got covered and the movie got YIPPEED.

I had earlier shared another song from the same movie. That song too was a result of memories coming alive when I listened to that song on Vividh Bharati. Hullo Atuldom
Today’s post takes one more movie to YYIIPPEEEEHood.
“Khwaab” (1980) was a crime, court room drama genre movie with some romance and great songs thrown in for making it a complete entertainer. It had a cast of Ranjeeta, Yogita Bali, Mithun Chakraborty, Naseeruddin Shah, with Ashok Kumar, Madan Puri, Utpal Dutt leding the supporting cast which also had Chaman Puri, Birbal, Jagdish Raj, Sujit Kumar, Yunuz Parvez, Dinesh Thakur etc. It was directed by Shakti Samanta, had dialogues by Dr. Rahi Masoom Reza, songs were written and composed by Raindra Jain. Hemlata, Yesudas, Suresh Wadkar, Jaspal Singh and Mohd. Rafi were the playback singers.
