“Anokhi Ada” (1948) is a treasure of great songs. Like most music lovers, I was only aware of the just the few songs from this movie that were the most popular ones. When I went on to watch the movie, I found the movie quite a let down. The movie was supposed to be a period movie on 1942 but all the characters dressed, looked and behaved like people of 1990s.
